Anastasia Titarchuk appointed at CIO of New York State Common Retirement Fund

New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli has appointed Anastasia Titarchuk as CIO of the $210 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund.

Titarchuk joined DiNapoli’s office in 2011 as part of the fund’s ARS team, serving as deputy CIO under Vicki Fuller before being named interim CIO last July.

“Anastasia Titarchuk’s leadership and talents as a skilled investor are reflected in the success of our state’s pension fund,” said DiNapoli. “She joined the state pension fund eight years ago and earned a reputation for delivering results, making her an outstanding candidate for CIO.”

He added, “Through prudent management, the fund has maintained its status as one of the nation’s strongest and best funded, and I know that Anastasia will continue to uphold high standards for the pension system’s 1.1 million members, retirees and their beneficiaries.”
