AmTrust Realty has plans to sell a portfolio of seven Chicago office buildings with 6.3 million square feet, reported media outlets.
The sales price is estimated to be $1.4 billion.
The portfolio includes buildings at 135 South LaSalle Street, 1 East Wacker Drive, 30 North LaSalle Street, 33 North Dearborn Street, 33 West Monroe Street, 111 East Wacker Drive and 233 North Michigan Avenue.
