AMPÈRE Gestion, a subsidiary of CDC Habitat, has launched a new residential real estate fund for institutional investors.
The fund has an initial portfolio of 8,000 units valued at €2.5 billion ($3 billion), which were contributed by CDC Habitat. Half of the buildings are located in the Paris region while the rest are located in major French cities. AMPERE Gestion said they are divided equally between existing housing units and new off-plan housing units already acquired or secured by the firm.
