American Realty Advisors launches new real estate debt fund

American Realty Advisors, a U.S. privately held real estate investment manager, has launched a new real estate debt fund, ARA Real Estate Debt Fund, according to IREI’s FundTracker database. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

ARA Real Estate Debt Fund is a core, core-plus real estate fund. It focuses on senior mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, B-notes, preferred equity primarily focused on construction of office, industrial, multifamily, retail and hotel assets.

The fund is seeking to raise $300 million, according to FundTracker.

American Realty Advisors has more than $9.3 billion in assets under management.
