American Landmark Apartments has acquired two apartment communities totaling 600 units across Florida and Georgia. The acquisitions include Courtney Meadows, a 276-unit community in Jacksonville, Fla., and Tramore Village, a 324-unit community in Austell, Ga., within the Atlanta MSA. The transactions further expand American Landmark’s growing presence across the Southeast.
“These two acquisitions reflect our continued conviction in the long-term strength of the Sun Belt and our ability to identify well-positioned communities in markets with fundamentals that fit our criteria,” said Christine DeFilippis, CIO at American Landmark Apartments. “Jacksonville and metro Atlanta both continue to demonstrate consistent population growth and housing demand that align with our investment strategy. With vast experience and knowledge of each market, the acquisitions complement our portfolio and value-add strategy as the multifamily continues to gain momentum across the Sun Belt.
