American Landmark Apartments has named Elizabeth Roy as CIO.
In this role, Roy will lead the firm’s investment strategy, capital deployment, acquisitions, risk management and portfolio management functions.
Prior to joining American Landmark, she was part of the real estate investment management team at New York Life Investors. Before that, she was at Morgan Stanley, where she originated and struc-tured Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), agency, and Single Asset Single Bor-rower (SASB) loans. Earlier in her career, she built and led a floating-rate loan platform at Bancorp that originated and sold more than $3 billion of CRE-CLO securitizations. Roy began her career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Nomura Securities.
