American Landmark Apartments has acquired Azure Carnes Crossroads, a 295-unit apartment community in Summerville, S.C., within the Charleston Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA).
The acquisition expands American Landmark’s footprint in the Charleston area and marks the firm’s fifth property in the market. The Summerville submarket has emerged as one of the region’s more sought-after residential destinations, driven by population growth, expanding employment opportunities and in-migration from across the Southeast.
