Alterra IOS has acquired three properties totaling 10.6 usable acres and 68,860 square feet of warehouse space in the Houston metropolitan area. Located at 15646 Ennis Road in Sugar Land, 1960 Starpoint Drive in Houston and 7470 Miller Road 2 in Houston, these acquisitions reinforce Alterra’s strategy of targeting mission-critical assets in high-growth population centers and logistics hubs.
“Alterra’s investment in the Houston MSA has been driven by population growth, its diversified economy, and continued public and private spend that fuels the need for IOS,” said Mark Gannon, senior vice president of acquisitions at Alterra IOS. “Leasing demand for IOS product has remained consistent, and we expect to be active players in the Houston industrial market for the foreseeable future.”
