Alterra IOS has acquired five industrial outdoor storage properties in central Florida, expanding its regional footprint to 35 sites totaling 145.2 usable acres.
The acquisitions, completed in Orlando and Tampa, comprise 23 usable acres and approximately 96,500 square feet of warehouse space. Nearly all of the properties are fully leased to tenants across sectors including logistics, infrastructure and utilities.
Three of the sites are located in the Tampa metropolitan area, with the remaining two in Orlando. The properties are positioned near major transportation infrastructure, including interstate highways, rail intermodal facilities and international airports.
