Located at 9018 and 9037 Weaver Ave. NE in Leeds, Ala., the property offers immediate access to Interstate 20 and seamless connectivity to downtown Birmingham and the surrounding region. The site is also near U.S. Highways 78 and 411, and is a short distance from Norfolk Southern rail service and the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. The property is fully leased to a global leader in the equipment rental industry.
