Munich-based family office AM Alpha, which specializes in joint real estate investments with private and institutional investors, has acquired an office property in Glasgow, Scotland.

Constructed in a sophisticated architectural style in 2004, the nine-story office building offers 7,360 square meters (79,222 square feet) of rental space as well as 31 parking spaces. At present, the building is rented out to the international insurance group Chubb Services and the design and engineering services provider Atkins.

Located in the International Financial Services District (IFSD), a submarket of the CBD, the property has excellent transport connections via the M8 motorway, which runs from Glasgow to Edinburgh. The airport can be reached in 15 minutes, and the central train station is less than 10 minutes on foot. Thanks to its exposed location on the river Clyde, the property also can be reached via the bicycle path running along the riverbank.
