Alltmore Commercial Property Fund to launch with seven-property seed portfolio

The U.K.–based Alltmore Commercial Property Fund is set to launch sometime this week, targeting high-quality secondary office pavilions and business parks around Scotland. A & K Asset Management will manage the fund, and Cowiesburn Asset Management will provide property management services.

The value-added fund will be open to institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and certain individual investors, and will open to the entire United Kingdom starting next year, according to Property Funds World.
