Allianz Real Estate appoints head of acquisitions for Japan

Allianz Real Estate has appointed of Daisuke Noguchi as head of acquisitions for Japan and Dean Kwon as head of finance for the APAC region.

Daisuke, based in Tokyo, brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Japan. Based in Singapore, Kwon is a seasoned finance professional with more than 19 years of experience in financial services firms across APAC and the United States.

The firm recorded a 20 percent increase in its assets under management across APAC to €6.6 billion ($8 billion) as of the end of 2020, from the €5.5 billion ($6.6 billion) recorded in December 2019.
