Alliance Residential has acquired a 12-acre land parcel in Atlanta’s Upper Westside neighborhood at t 2167 Bolton Drive NW and plans to develop Broadstone Upper Westside, a 314-unit multifamily community.
The community will consist of 314 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments units. Construction on the community will begin this year and is slated to be completed in fall 2021.
