Alexandria Real Estate Equities has plans to develop, operate and construct a new corporate headquarters and core R&D facility for Moderna. The innovative 462,000-square-foot property is located at 325 Binney Street on the Alexandria Center at the One Kendall Square mega-campus in Cambridge, Mass.
