Alex. Brown Realty (ABR) and Biynah Partners have sold multiple industrial properties in Wisconsin and Minnesota to Kansas-based Platform Ventures. The sales price was not disclosed.
The portfolio sale comprised six buildings totaling 1.26 million square feet and had a 100 percent occupancy rate at closing.
“These assets are well-located and maintained high occupancy and positive cash flow throughout our hold period,” said Jeff Josephs, Biynah’s co-founder and managing principal. “Our ability to bundle the properties for sale further improved our operating results.”
ABR and Biynah Partners have invested in nine transactions since 2007.
