The $24.8 billion Alaska Retirement Management Board has issued an RFP for a real estate consultant. The ARMB employs a separate consultant for real estate.
The length of the initial term of the contract will be from July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2017, with two optional one-year extensions. The Townsend Group is ARMB’s current consultant.
Proposals are due April 7, 2014. A copy of the RFP is available onlineor as a PDF. A finalist announcement will be made April 28, 2014.
