AJ Capital announces first branded multifamily residential platform

Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (AJ Capital), a vertically integrated real estate investment manager, has announced its first branded multifamily residential platform, Memoir Residential.

Memoir Residential is a collection of dynamic multifamily residential properties. The first community will open fall 2023 in Portland, Ore., followed by Nashville, Tenn.; New Orleans; Austin, Texas; and Miami.

“Memoir is AJ Capital’s first branded multifamily residential platform,” said Anil Bhagat, managing director of Memoir Residential. “We are taking the same approach we use for hotels, mixed-used communities and entertainment venues — leading with hospitality-minded principles and history.
