AIMS APAC REIT has completed the acquisition of a four-story warehouse in western Singapore’s Jurong district for S$129.6 million ($94.4 million).
The property is located at 7 Bulim Street.
Following the completion of the acquisition, AA REIT will own a total of 28 industrial properties, comprising 26 properties located throughout Singapore; a property located in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia; and a 49 percent interest in a property located in Macquarie Park, New South Wales, Australia.
