Affinius Capital continues its momentum across its European credit platform following the completion of three recent loan originations. The transactions, following the firm’s inaugural European platform loan to H.I.G. earlier this year, are made up of a senior loan to HEREP III (a fund managed by Hines) secured by a newly constructed logistics asset in Germany; a construction loan to Hillwood for industrial developments in Canning Town, London, and Luton, England; and a loan to Olympian Homes and Housing Growth Partnership secured by Centre Court, a newly completed student housing asset in Nottingham, England.
