Affinius Capital has appointed Michael Jordan as managing director of housing portfolio management. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Jordan will help oversee Affinius Capital’s housing portfolio management activities, drawing on his extensive experience in multifamily investment strategy, asset management and institutional partnerships.
