AEW has announced the acquisition from Primonial REIM France of Clinique du Parc, a leading private health facility in Lyon, France.
The asset was built in 2007 and totals more than 15,000 square meters (161,000 square feet) spread across two buildings, plus 112 parking spaces in the basement. The clinic is operated by the ELSAN Group, a leader in the private hospital sector in France with 140 clinics nationally, and is let on a 12-year lease that took effect in 2023. Clinique du Parc serves 22,000 patients on average per year and is host to five centers of excellence specializing in outpatient surgery, medical imaging and physiotherapy, including 18 operating rooms and 185 beds.
