GMH Capital Partners has plans to erect The Pendleton at Malvern, a best-in-class, four-story multifamily community consisting of 225 units, located on Philadelphia’s ‘Main Line’ in Malvern, Pa.
Soon to be known as The Pendleton at Malvern, the development is a joint venture partnership with AEW Capital Management and is slated to open in summer 2021.
The development will be situated in a central location on Lancaster Avenue, minutes away from major roadways including Route 202, Interstate 76, The Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 29, providing easy access to Philadelphia and major surrounding cities such as King of Prussia, West Chester, Phoenixville, Conshohocken, Exton and Newtown Square. Conveniently down the road is The Great Valley Corporate Center, home to companies such as Microsoft, Siemens, IKON, and Johnson & Johnson.
