AEW acquires interest in AEW U.K. Investment Management

AEW has completed the acquisition of the outstanding 50 percent interest in AEW U.K. Investment Management LLP (AEW U.K.), the joint venture between AEW in Europe and the AEW U.K. Management Team.  AEW has acquired the 50 percent interest pursuant to a call option in the joint-venture agreement, following the 10th anniversary of the creation of AEW U.K.
