AECOM Capital and Combined Properties revealed the details of their $450 million hotel-and-condo project on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, Calif., according to Bloomberg.
Called the Pendry West Hollywood, the project has 149 guest rooms, 40 branded residences and a small music venue.
“People in finance and tech and real estate, the traditional businesses that stay with us and stay at luxury hotels, we think we’ll pull them to West Hollywood,” said Michael Fuerstman, who co-founded operator Pendry Hotels.
The firms are introducing Pendry West Hollywood and Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotels & Resorts. Debuting in 2020, features will include luxury service, innovative programming and unparalleled attention to detail in homes on the iconic Sunset Strip. Pendry West Hollywood will feature interiors by the acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, 149 luxury guestrooms and suites, and 40 Pendry Residences with full access to hotel services and amenities. The signature restaurant with a world-renowned celebrity chef will be infused with the same creative energy characteristic of the area, while the rooftop pool and bar, multi-purpose live entertainment venue, and screening room will invoke the spirit of the entertainment capital. Additionally, a bowling alley, Spa Pendry, state-of-the-art fitness center and a curated public art collection will offer much more to discover and explore.
