Activum SG Advisory has opened a new investment vehicle, Activum SG Fund VII.
The fund will focus on distressed opportunities in turnaround situations, primarily in Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.
According to an SEC filing, the fund has already collected $563 million from 37 investors. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.
