London-based Actis has launched a new Asia-focused real estate fund, according to a document filed with the SEC.
A fundraising target was not disclosed.
Actis’ first Asia real estate fund, the Actis Asia Real Estate Fund I, raised $750 million and acquired a Standard Chartered Private Equity portfolio.
Actis is a global emerging markets investment firm focused on the private equity, energy, infrastructure, and real estate asset classes. It currently manages $9.2 billion of assets.
