Edge Principal Advisors has held a final closing for its fourth real estate fund, Edge Principal Investments IV, raising $560 million.
The fund focuses on opportunistic and value-added properties across the United States.
Fund IV attracted commitments from a broad set of investors including endowments, fund-of-funds, foundations, family offices and not-for-profit organizations.
