Renaissance Development is set to begin construction on a mixed-use project in north Fort Worth.
Quarry Falls Industrial Park and Recycling is a 341-acre planned development located in northwest Fort Worth on Loop 820 at Old Decatur Road and is bounded by and adjacent to Meacham International Airport on the east.
The developer plans to build condominiums, apartments, two hotels, a conference center and a music venue that will hold 3,500-seats.
