Atlas Capital Ventures is planning a 256-key Ritz-Carlton hotel and up to 75 custom Ritz-Carlton residences in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reported. The 32-story project is expected to cost more than $200 million, the publication reported, citing people familiar with similar projects.
