Loretta Clodfelter serves as editorial director for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) and is responsible for overseeing the editorial staff and production of the firm's various publications. Previously, she was senior editor of Institutional Real Estate Americas, IREI’s award-winning flagship publication. She has more than 20 years of experience covering the commercial and institutional real estate industry.

Rohit Nerurkar, Head of US Real Estate and Co-Head of North American Real Estate, joined Mercer in 2016 and is based in New York. His responsibilities include overseeing a team that conducts research on North American real estate investment strategies, assisting clients with real estate portfolio construction and strategy, and helping lead the portfolio management of Mercer’s real estate solutions.
Prior to joining the Real Estate team, Rohit worked in Mercer’s Wealth Investment Consulting team, primarily with DB and DC clients assisting with ongoing performance evaluation, investment manager selection, investment structure review, and portfolio structure. Prior to joining Mercer in 2016, Rohit worked for Guy Carpenter, a subsidiary of Mercer’s parent company Marsh & McLennan Companies, in a corporate finance and strategy role.
Wendy Pryce
Managing Director, Lead Real Estate Specialist

Wendy Pryce is a Managing Director and Lead Real Estate Specialist at Nuveen. She and her team are responsible for working with clients and prospects, driving the distribution of Nuveen’s private real estate investment capabilities. Nuveen Real Estate is one of the world’s largest real estate investment managers, with $150 billion of assets under management. In her role she covers core, value-add and opportunistic equity and debt strategies across a range of sectors and investment vehicle structures.
Prior to joining Nuveen, Wendy spent many years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as an Executive Director in both real estate investing and sales. She gained extensive experience across all areas of private real estate including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, product development and distribution. She also served on the Investment Committee of Morgan Stanley’s Multicultural Innovation Lab, investing early state capital with women and minority entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley she was a Manager at KPMG Consulting, covering large global financial services and real estate clients.
Wendy holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, where she exchanged with ESCP in Spain. She is an active member and contributor to the real estate community including IREI, PREA, AFIRE, RELPI, SPIRE, SREC and WX, and recipient of the WBC Rising Star Award. She holds FINRA registration for Series 7, 63 and 24.
