Loretta Clodfelter serves as editorial director for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) and is responsible for overseeing the editorial staff and production of the firm's various publications. Previously, she was senior editor of Institutional Real Estate Americas, IREI’s award-winning flagship publication. She has more than 20 years of experience covering the commercial and institutional real estate industry.

Paul Blank is the president and chief operating officer of Kayne Anderson. In this role, Blank is a member of the executive team, serves on each of the firm’s investment committees and is a member of Kayne Anderson’s board of directors. Blank manages the operating committee made up of the chief financial officer, general counsel, chief compliance officer, chief technology officer, head of HR and CFO of finance. Blank also serves as the strategic point of contact between the investment teams and the client relations group, providing strategic positioning and guidance on development opportunities for the firm and is responsible for external and internal communications and public affairs.

Prior to re-joining Kayne Anderson in 2011, Blank was a partner at the multimedia firm Joe Trippi & Associates providing senior strategic counsel, media relations and campaign management to corporations, non-profits, unions and political leaders worldwide. Blank helped pioneer the use of cutting-edge technologies in communications campaigns and served in leadership positions on two Presidential campaigns and as a senior adviser to Gov. Jerry Brown’s successful 2010 gubernatorial election. Early in his career, Blank worked at Kayne Anderson as a junior analyst, mainly focused on energy infrastructure.
Blank earned a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.

Andrew Janko

Andrew has two decades of experience in investment management and commercial real estate. As the Managing Director, Investments at RCLCO Fund Advisors, he leads the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and implementation of new strategic investments on behalf of RFA’s clients. He is a member of RFA’s Investment Committee and the RCLCO Foundation Board.

Prior to joining RFA, Andrew was a Vice President at CIM Group, where he had portfolio management responsibilities for the firm’s public and private REITs, conducted debt and equity capital markets activities, participated in corporate planning and finance, and executed investments across CIM’s urban real estate strategies. Previously, he held positions as a securities analyst with MEAG, Citadel, and Prudential. He began his career as an equity trader at Millennium. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
