Ed O'Farrell serves as Managing Director of Real Assets Adviser (RAA) for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI). RAA is an industry-leading information platform dedicated to meeting the needs of registered intermediaries actively allocating to real assets. In this capacity, he is responsible for global business development and stewardship of the RAA Editorial Advisory Board which connects Thought Leaders from the intermediary and asset management communities.

O'Farrell brings a wealth of experience to IREI having spent over 25 years in financial services information. Over the course of his career, he has been a part of the sales efforts at Family Wealth Report, Investment News, Institutional Investor, Pensions and Investments, Money-Media, The Bond Buyer, Investment Wires and Lipper.

A native of western Pennsylvania, Ed is a graduate of Robert Morris University and resides in Montgomery Township, New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.

Zach is a Senior Vice President at Plante Moran Realpoint Investment Advisors (PMRIA) where he provides provides strategic, transactional, and asset management services to real estate owners and investors, with a focus on ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

In addition to his experience at PMRIA, Zach has held roles with both real estate operators and investors, having overseen portfolios comprising millions of square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets, as well as dozens of multifamily communities. He holds a BA in philosophy and political science from Youngstown State University and earned both a Master of Public Administration and Juris Doctor from The University of Akron. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, is a licensed real estate agent in Michigan, and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.

Sarah Hipp Hauptman is Director of Real Estate at HB Wealth. Prior to joining Homrich Berg, Sarah was a Senior Vice President at Iron Tree Capital Partners where she managed a portfolio of industrial properties. Prior to that, she was a Vice President in Banner Oak Capital Partners in Dallas, TX, where she oversaw the expansion of investments with new operating partners across all commercial real estate asset classes. Sarah also served as the Director of Investment Management at Compatriot Capital, focusing on originating and managing investments in best-in-class real estate operating companies. Earlier in her career, she worked at E2M Partners, a real estate fund manager that provided JV limited partner equity for single asset investments.

Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. from Georgetown University with a major in both Economics and Mathematics.

Jonathan Woloshin is Head Real Estate & Lodging Analyst Americas, UBS Global Wealth Management's Chief Investment Office.

Jonathan has 40 years of industry experience as a securities analyst, having covered virtually every equity sector over the course of his career. His experience extends beyond traditional equity research to include analysis of fixed income, convertibles, options, and derivatives. In addition, Jonathan is experienced in capital structure arbitrage and short selling. Jonathan is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and holds FINRA series 7, 24, 66, 86, and 87 licenses. Jonathan is a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York.

Jonathan has been widely quoted in various real estate publications as well as national media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, The New Times, Bloomberg, and Forbes. In addition, Jonathan has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Yahoo Finance TV, discussing various aspects of the US real estate sector.

He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester.
