Geoffrey Dohrmann, CRE, is the founder and as a director, the president and CEO of Institutional Real Estate, Inc., a San Ramon, Calif.–based publishing and consulting company focused on meeting the information needs of the institutional real estate, infrastructure and private wealth advisory investment communities. In this capacity, he also serves as publisher and editor-in-chief of several leading industry publications, including Institutional Real Estate Americas, Institutional Real Estate Europe, Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific, FundTracker, Institutional Investing In Infrastructure, Real Assets Adviser and Newsline. Dohrmann also serves as conference producer of IREI’s industry events, including Visions, Insights & Perspectives (VIP) Americas, VIP Europe, Institutional Investing In Infrastructure (I3), IREI CEO Summit and IREI Springboard. Dohrmann consults with many of the leading firms in the real estate investment management industry, and also has lectured on institutional real estate market–related matters at elite U.S. business schools.

She has edited the publication since 2015. She has more than 15 years of experience covering the commercial and institutional real estate industry, first with REITStreet and Institutional Real Estate Newsline (IREN), and then as production editor of Institutional Real Estate Europe and copyeditor for all of IREI’s products. Loretta has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Mills College.

In her Capital Raising and Investor Relations capacity, she creates marketing strategy, secures commitments to Artemis sponsored vehicles, and ensures high-quality interactions with investors across the platform. Baker Chambers began her career at Fannie Mae. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where she was a Toigo Fellow, a PREA/Toigo Fellow and a Real Estate Executive Council Fellow.

Julie Donegan joined CalSTRS in December 2019 as a portfolio manager. She is responsible for the residential portfolio as well as ESG-related real estate investments. Donegan’s work experience includes nearly 10 years at Franklin Real Asset Advisors, where she served as a senior vice president and was a voting member of the Global Real Estate Investment Committee. She also was a senior vice president with Eastdil Secured. Donegan began her career at CalPERS. She holds a B.S. in business management and is a member of PREA and CREW, where she served on the National Board of Directors.

DeAngulo serves as a member of Harvard University’s Alumni Real Estate Board as well as the Board and Loan Committee of Wessex Corp. Angela Miller-May serves as the Chief Investment Officer for the $12.5 billion Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund. She provides strategic portfolio construction, excellent manager selection, rigorous due diligence, and leadership to a staff of nine in meeting CTPF’s investment goals. Miller-May joined the fund in 2010. Prior to serving as the CIO, she held several progressively responsible positions at CTPF. She has received many awards, serves on a number of advisory boards, and engages with various organizations. Miller-May holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University and a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University.

She was a voting member of Townsend’s Advisory Investment Committee, responsible for reviewing and approving due diligence reports and strategy for all advisory clients of the firm.
