Institutional Real Estate, Inc. is excited to announce its newest initiative, IREI : LIVE! A new Virtual Conference Series focusing on the most significant issues the industry is facing in today's climate. IREI : LIVE will be produced seven times in 2021. The series will start in May.

IREI : LIVE’s panels will feature the IREI commitment of a one-to-one LP/GP ratio on each panel with a combination of four to six GPs and LPs spread out over two or three panels per event.

The live panels will be tailored to topics that are pertinent to each individual firm’s expertise and knowledge so that you can demonstrate your wisdom on a series of topics, which include:

Geoffrey Dohrmann, CRE, is the founder and as a director, the president and CEO of Institutional Real Estate, Inc., a San Ramon, Calif.–based publishing and consulting company focused on meeting the information needs of the institutional real estate, infrastructure and private wealth advisory investment communities. Loretta Clodfelter is senior editor of Institutional Real Estate Americas, the award-winning flagship publication of San Ramon, Calif.–based Institutional Real Estate, Inc. She has edited the publication since 2015. She has more than 15 years of experience covering the commercial and institutional real estate industry, first with REITStreet and Institutional Real Estate Newsline (IREN), and then as production editor of Institutional Real Estate Europe and copyeditor for all of IREI’s products. Loretta has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Mills College.

Gina Baker Chambers is a principal and portfolio manager for Artemis Real Estate Partners. In her portfolio manager capacity, she sets strategy, oversees asset management, and serves as primary client interface for $1.4 billion of separate account relationships. In her Capital Raising and Investor Relations capacity, she creates marketing strategy, secures commitments to Artemis sponsored vehicles, and ensures high-quality interactions with investors across the platform. Baker Chambers began her career at Fannie Mae. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where she was a Toigo Fellow, a PREA/Toigo Fellow and a Real Estate Executive Council Fellow.

Julie Donegan

Julie Donegan joined CalSTRS in December 2019 as a portfolio manager. She is responsible for the residential portfolio as well as ESG-related real estate investments. Donegan’s work experience includes nearly 10 years at Franklin Real Asset Advisors, where she served as a senior vice president and was a voting member of the Global Real Estate Investment Committee. She also was a senior vice president with Eastdil Secured. Donegan began her career at CalPERS. She holds a B.S. in business management and is a member of PREA and CREW, where she served on the National Board of Directors.

Juan DeAngulo is managing partner at Elion Partners and a voting member of the firm’s Investment and Asset Management Committees. Since joining Elion, DeAngulo has developed the firm into a vertically integrated, institutional-grade real estate investment platform, transacting on and operating more than $2 billion in gross real estate assets. DeAngulo serves as a member of Harvard University’s Alumni Real Estate Board as well as the Board and Loan Committee of Wessex Corp. He holds a certificate from Harvard University’s School of Design Advanced Management Development Program, a B.S. with honors from East Tennessee State University and an M.B.A. from Regent University.

Dave Kutayiah

Dave Kutayiah, equity owner and managing director, is Clarion Partners’ Head of Human Resources, responsible for managing all human capital activities for the firm. His responsibilities include talent acquisition, management and development; compensation and benefits; employee engagement; and social responsibility activities. He is a member of Clarion’s Operating, Talent Management, and Responsibility Committees and its Compensation Committee, and an advisor to the Executive Board. Kutayiah joined Clarion Partners in 2008 and began working in the financial services industry in 1996. Angela Miller-May serves as the Chief Investment Officer for the $12.5 billion Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund. She provides strategic portfolio construction, excellent manager selection, rigorous due diligence, and leadership to a staff of nine in meeting CTPF’s investment goals. Miller-May joined the fund in 2010. Prior to serving as the CIO, she held several progressively responsible positions at CTPF. She has received many awards, serves on a number of advisory boards, and engages with various organizations. Miller-May holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University and a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University.
