Mike has worked with clients to help them leverage state of the art software to streamline business processes around the entire lifecycle of real estate starting with fundraising and investor relations, acquisition and underwriting, investment management and reporting, through property management and construction.

Brian Briscoe is Co-Founder of the multi-family investment firm Four Oaks Capital, the Director of the multi-family educational community “The Tribe of Titans”, and also the host of the “Diary of an Apartment Investor” podcast. He is a general partner on 10 apartment complexes with a total of 655 units worth over $40 million. He recently retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 20 years of service.

Jade Dai is Chief Financial Officer of GL Capital. GL Capital helps people build wealth through real estate investment. The firm is focused on commercial real estate, student housing, multifamily housing, mixed-use properties, green developments and proptech investment. The current portfolio consists of property throughout the Mid-Atlantic U.S. and total assets under management exceeds $25 million. Jade is the controller of the company and manages all accounting, reporting, and investor relation functions. For her efforts, Jade was named to Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class in 2020. Jade is an Advisory Board Member for the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School Real Estate and Infrastructure Program. Jade also volunteers for SoGal Global, the largest global platform for the education and empowerment of diverse entrepreneurs.
