The Bascom Group has completed a $62.5 million refinancing of Viceroy Observatory Park, a 275-unit multifamily community in Denver. Bascom acquired the property in May 2018 for $92.5 million.
JLL arranged the financing through Prime Finance. AMC will continue to provide property management services for the community, with SD-Cap overseeing property renovations and upgrades.
Mill Creek Residential developed Viceroy Observatory Park in 2018. The property was constructed with high-end materials throughout the units and common areas. Units feature 9- to 17-foot ceilings and include finishes such as quartz countertops, custom tile backsplashes, stainless-steel appliances, in-unit speaker systems and custom closets. The unit mix is 20 percent studios, 60 percent one-bedrooms and 20 percent two-bedrooms.
