Wafra, a New York–based global alternative investment manager, and Hunt Cos., a privately held real estate and investment company, have announced the launch of Strata Land Partners, a land finance platform focused on providing flexible capital solutions to public and private homebuilders and developers across the United States.
The new platform addresses the growing demand among homebuilders for more efficient, flexible capital partners that can navigate today’s market. Drawing on deep industry experience, Strata is positioned as a long-term capital partner that brings strategic solutions to each transaction.
