Singapore-based Frasers Property has appointed Jai Mirpuri as CEO of Frasers Property Industrial, effective Jan. 11, 2027, according to an Oct. 13 company announcement.
Mirpuri will oversee the group’s industrial and logistics operations in Australia and Europe, including strategic oversight of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management, the manager of Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust.
He joins from ESR Group, where he serves as CEO of ESR Fund Managers and head of Southeast Asia. Mirpuri has more than 23 years of experience in industrial and logistics real estate, including institutional capital management, investment and development across Asia Pacific.
