Partners Group and Empira Group, a vertically integrated real estate investment manager and a company of Partners Group, have announced the launch of the Empira Pan-European Living Strategy, a new closed-end real estate strategy targeting €1 billion ($1.12 billion) in equity commitments.
The strategy will seek to build a diversified, institutional-quality portfolio of living assets across major European metropolitan markets, capitalizing on structural housing undersupply, growing demand for professionally managed rental accommodation and the increasing institutionalization of the European living sector.
The fund will be managed by an integrated investment team drawing on the complementary capabilities of Partners Group and Empira, combining pan-European investment expertise with local sourcing, development, construction, asset and property management capabilities.
