Callahan Capital Partners has hired Mari Lehman as vice president, investments.
At Callahan, Lehman will manage the firm’s acquisition transaction process while also engaging in asset management activities within the Callahan portfolio, which currently includes 110 North Wacker in Chicago and 101 Mission in San Francisco.
Lehman previously managed investments at Sterling Bay, leading development efforts and executing joint venture transactions, financings and dispositions across a $7 billion, 11 million-square-foot portfolio of office and mixed-use assets. Prior to joining Sterling Bay, Lehman was at Zeller Realty Group.
