Clarion Partners Europe has acquired a roughly 1.26 million-square-foot logistics facility in Amiens, northern France, from ESR Europe on behalf of one of its commingled funds.
The property, known as Som'Link, was completed speculatively in 2023 as part of the ESR Europe Real Estate Active Fund IV portfolio. The grade A logistics facility is 74 percent leased to ID Logistics, a third-party logistics operator supporting a major e-commerce fulfillment operation.
The property features 11-meter clear heights across its standard warehouse space, 112 dock doors and floor-loading capacity of 5 metric tons per square meter.
