LNL Capital has appointed Joel Tomlinson as managing partner to expand the company’s structured debt and equity strategy within the single-tenant retail, industrial and healthcare net lease space.
Tomlinson brings more than 25 years of industry experience to LNL Capital, having completed more than $15 billion in direct net lease transactions across public and non-traded REITs and alternative asset managers over the course of his career. He joins LNL Capital from Ares Management, where he served as managing director and was a founding member of the firm’s net lease strategy. Previously, Mr. Tomlinson held executive positions at Apollo Global Management, Realty Income and Cole Capital.
