GPT Group acquires Brisbane office tower for A$380m

GPT Group has acquired 66 Eagle St., an office tower in Brisbane, Australia, for A$380 million ($271 million), according to various media outlets.

The 23-story, class A office tower is located in Brisbane’s Golden Triangle precinct and encompasses approximately 344,000 square feet of office space. The property is approximately 95.5 percent leased with a weighted average lease expiry of 3.8 years.

GPT acquired the property from Deka Immobilien Investments through its sector-agnostic, value-added partnership with TPG Angelo Gordon. The acquisition brings the partnership’s total deployment to more than A$500 million ($356 million) since it was established in February 2026.
