PGIM’s Real Estate Investment Group has acquired Tsurugashima II Logistics Center, a modern logistics facility in Saitama, Greater Tokyo, Japan. The investment was made on behalf of PGIM’s flagship Asia Pacific value-add real estate strategy.
The acquisition builds on PGIM’s strong investment momentum across Asia Pacific, with six logistics transactions completed year-to-date across Australia, Japan and Singapore with a combined value of close to $630 million.
PGIM continues to see compelling opportunities in the Asia Pacific logistics sector, driven by shifting trade flows, supply-chain reconfiguration and more sophisticated inventory management.
