Global Holdings secures $382m refinancing for 120 Park Avenue

Global Holdings, the international real estate development and investment firm led by chairman and founder Eyal Ofer, announced the refinancing of 120 Park Avenue, its 620,000-square-foot trophy office tower located steps from Grand Central Terminal on Park Avenue in midtown Manhattan. Wells Fargo and LBBW co-originated the $382.4 million loan, which includes $360.5 million in initial proceeds and replaces the property’s existing $335 million financing.

The news follows strong leasing momentum at 120 Park Avenue. Bloomberg, which occupies approximately 80 percent of the building’s rentable area — nearly 500,000 square feet across 20 floors — signed a long-term renewal at the end of 2025, extending its tenancy through February 2040.
