Harrison Street Asset Management (HSAM) has sold Stoneybatter Place, a purpose-built student housing community in Dublin, to asset manager Commerz Real.
Completed in 2023, Stoneybatter Place comprises 142 beds across fully furnished apartments and offers a range of amenities, including learning and lounge areas, a gym and rooftop terraces. Located west of Dublin city center, Stoneybatter Place is within walking distance of Technological University Dublin and provides convenient public transportation access to other universities and the city center.
