LDR Capital, part of Lederer Group, has acquired Southpoint, an office and retail property in Brisbane, Australia, for A$255 million ($181 million), according to The Courier-Mail.
Located at 275 Grey St. in South Brisbane, the property is fully occupied and includes the headquarters of Flight Centre Travel Group and Virgin Australia.
The acquisition is being made through the newly established LDR Grey Street Fund, according to the report.
Southpoint includes office and retail space and is located in Brisbane’s South Bank precinct.
LDR Capital is the real estate investment management arm of Lederer Group.
