Logicor agrees €532m sale of pan-European logistics portfolio to EQT

by Released

Logicor has signed agreements to sell a pan-European logistics portfolio to EQT, a global private markets investor, for €532 million ($613 million). The assets included in the portfolio are split between the United Kingdom, Germany and France, and total around 457,000 square meters (4.9 million square feet).

The transfer of the U.K. assets is complete, and the remaining assets, which are subject to customary closing conditions, are expected to complete in the third quarter.

“This transaction reflects the continued strength of the logistics sector and robust investor demand for high-quality assets across Europe,” said Ryan Pappas, CIO, Logicor. “It also underscores the depth of our portfolio and our ability to crystallize value and recycle capital into the next phase of growth.”

DTRE advised Logicor on the U.K. portfolio, JLL advised on the German and French portfolio, and CBRE on the French portfolio. Apex acted for EQT.
