Frasers Centrepoint Trust has agreed to sell White Sands mall in Singapore’s Pasir Ris area for S$467 million ($361 million), according to Mingtiandi.
Market sources identified the buyer as Growth Capital, an entity linked to businessman Han Chee Juan’s Jack Investment. Growth Capital also owns Leisure Park Kallang near the National Stadium and acquired Swing By @ Thomson Plaza from Link REIT in April for S$250 million ($193 million). White Sands is located in northeastern Singapore and is part of Frasers Centrepoint Trust’s retail portfolio.
