Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC) has promoted Georgina Bishop to head of property, effective from late October 2026. Georgina will transition into the role from Pete King, who has decided to leave VFMC later this year, after 18 years with the organization.
Georgina joined VFMC in 2023 as senior portfolio manager, with responsibility for curating and managing the organization’s real estate portfolio. She has more than 17 years of experience in the property industry, spanning investment and asset management, transactions, joint venture management, valuations, development, asset stabilization, and funds and mandate management.
